THIS INCIDENT WAS ABOUT A RESTAURANT WHICH CREATED A

GOOD REPUTATION WITHIN ITS LOCALITY IN VERY SHORT PERIOD.

SUDDENLY AFTER A FEW YEARS, TASTE OF THEIR FOOD ITEMS

DETERIORATED. THEY MADE HARD ATTEMPTS TO MARKET AND

ADVERTISE CONTINUOUSLY. IN SPITE OF THEIR HARD EFFORT,

DAILY SALES CONTINUED TO FALL CONSIDERABLY. TAKING THESE

INPUTS REGARDING THE FIRM, I VISITED THEIR PLACE. THE

RESTAURANT OPERATED ITS DAILY OPERATIONS IN 2 FLOORS.

IT HAVE ACQUIRED THE 1 ST FLOOR AREA JUST 1 YEAR BACK. WHILE VISITING THE 1ST FLOOR, I SAW YELLOW AND CHOCOLATE COLOUR PAINT WAS APPLIED ALL OVER THE NORTHERN ZONE. APART FROM THAT, MAIN KITCHEN WAS SHIFTED TO THAT FLOOR AND LOCATED ON THE NORTHERN PART OF THE FLOOR. I PREPARED A LIST OF REMEDIES FOR THEM (WITHOUT DEMOLITION) AND GAVE FULL SUPPORT FOR THEIR PROPER IMPLEMENTATION.

AFTER NEARLY 15-20 DAYS, THE OWNER HIMSELF CAME TO MY OFFICE.
HE WAS OVERJOYED TO TELL ME THAT THEY GOT A REGULAR
ORDER FOR A COLLEGE CANTEEN AND ALSO MANAGED TO
RECRUIT 2 GOOD QUALIFIED CHEFS.
